Linen Fabric and Care

Linen is a natural fabric made from flax. Strong and absorbent, it keeps you dry and comfortable in the summer more so than regular cotton would. Linen is a sought after fabric in the summer months when perspiration can become an issue. This summer we've brought back our linen shirts with a touch of cotton to soften the fabric and give it a bit of weight so it drapes exceptionally. To care for your linen garments, washed them inside out in a gentle machine cold wash with similar colours. Dry it without delay and do not tumble dry it. A warm iron is all that is needed to get rid of those pesky crinkles, but be safe by ironing it inside out.
